Ann-Sophie Levidis' teaching interests include International Relations and International Law; French Studies and Global France; Colonialism and Imperialism; the Global Cold War; Migration; Wars, Reconciliation and the Memory of Conflicts in Asia and in Europe.

She has taught at Harvard, Hitotsubashi University, Sciences Po, and the Australian National University, receiving several teaching awards, including the Sciences Po Teaching Prize.

In the 2024 ANU Nomination Awards for Excellence in Education, students shared that they are "inspired by her career achievements as well as her passion, warmth, and kindness, always encouraging them to pursue their passions and supporting them in any way she can."
